About Threadless Artist Shoppe
The Artist Shoppe is another Threadless spin-off, this time the product of their collaboration with artist networking website Society 6. As you might expect from that sentence, the tees here feature top-notch, exceptionally good illustrations and designs. These are curated by Threadless’ Jake. All of the designs are also available as prints.
Compared to Threadless’ usual fare, these shirts are more artistic and “out there” with their subject material. Some of them are akin to what you’d find at a European fashion brand, but at a much more affordable price. It’s pretty neat and I highly encourage checking it out.
The Shoppe runs on a separate cart and site from Threadless, and uses print-on-demand as opposed to screen printing. This allows you to pick from multiple shirt colors: natural, light blue, lemon, white, and a heather gray tri-blend (all American Apparel, of course), in mens and womens sizes S-XL. I’m actually not all that skeptical about this because I know Threadless wouldn’t sell a crappy product, not to mention digital printing allows artists to create without color or gradient limitations.
Shirts: $22
Shipping: A bit high, starting at $9 to the US. Ouch. It does appear to be a flat rate, though.

Since by now Threadless has accumulated pretty much the best collection of reasonably priced art on the planet, it’s no surprise we’re big fans of their Artist Shoppe. You’ll recognise the designs from shirts, but here you can get them on other products or as straight up art prints.
