About Thinkgeek
Thinkgeek is the biggest geek store on the web, while we’re big fans of their shirts, they have a huge range of products from toys for your desk, gadgets, books – they’re much more than a t-shirt store. We highly appreciate their passion for Pirates, Zombies, Star Trek and Monkeys (their mascot is Timmy the monkey). Shirts wise you can get everything from the simple “1up” Mario shirt to the geek deep end which shirts like “there’s no place like 127.0.0.1″ or “while ( ! ( succeed = try() ) );”. Highly recommended!!
Shirts: $15.99-25.99 depending on complexity.
Shipping: Weight based and calculated in the cart, but as a base level think $5 dometic, $15 international for an order of 1-2 shirts.

ThinkGeek, as the same suggests, is a site targeted at techie geeks. They carry plenty of items other than t-shirts, but their t-shirt selection is quite extensive. Most of the shirts have a computer-related theme, but there are also a few general science geek shirts. Cost per shirt is around $16.
The shirts are printed on Gildan Ultra Cotton blanks, which are of a decent weight, slightly heavier than American Apparel, but not as soft. The printing of my shirts has stood up to many washings.
You have a choice of shipping methods and you are presented with the actual shipping costs via an estimating calculator (and at final checkout). Cost is based on number and weight of items, and distance from their shipping center. Shipping for 4 shirts to Illinois via UPS Ground was about $6. The items arrived in a UPS Ground plastic bag. Each shirt was individually wrapped in its own plastic bag which I really appreciate, just in case there is some spillage on the outer bag.
ThinkGeek sends out email notification when the order has shipped, and you can check the status of your order on their site anytime (which also provides links to UPS shipping status). Overall, dealing with ThinkGeek is a joy. Plus, if you order items from them frequently, you can accumulate “Geek Points” to get free/discounted items on future orders.
