Scopial is a new Indian design contest, which offers some strong early designs at very cheap prices (standard non sale price is about $11 a shirt). Early days, but has potential.

Almights is a Berlin based T-Shirt contest site that allows designers to submit artwork for voting. Winning designers receive commissions based on the amount of tees that are sold for that particular design. All Almightys tees are printed on American Apparel shirts and retail for €21.00.
