About Retreez
Retreez is an obscure company I hadn’t heard of until receiving a message from them via our contact form, and I have to say I’m pretty impressed. If you artistic/modern art shirts their site is definitely worth a visit. All of the prints are humongous and use a lot of creative photographic and geometric elements. The designs have a retro/vintage feel. Most of the designs are available on at least two different color t-shirts, which is always nice. On the downside, the sizes available are Small, Medium, and Large, which excludes a lot of smaller or larger people.
Another great thing about Retreez is that they offer free UK shipping (Their shirt prices are pretty cheap, as well.)
Shirts: £15.99 (some reduced down to £10.99
Shipping: Free in the UK.

Retreez was having a 2-for-$30 sale (with free shipping) so I decided to give them a try.
First the good. They have a nice variety of retro-style shirts, many on unusual color blanks (like light green). Shipping was free and FAST. I received my shirts in 6 days. They were shipped via FedEx from Myanmar to USA. Each shirt was individually wrapped in a plastic sleeve. The colors were great, different from all of the American Apparel shirts that I own. The pix on their site definitely don’t do them justice.
Now for the bad. The shirts reeked of mothball smell. At first I put them in my laundry hamper to be washed, but less than an hour later, my room stank. Be prepared to wash the new shirts as soon as they arrive. The shirts are listed on their site as “soft and comfy slim fit”, with unisex sizes only up to Large. I am comfortable in American Apparel men’s Large, so I bought L. Before washing, the shirts were about the same size as AA. After washing, they shrank a little and are now a little smaller than AA men’s Large, by about 1/2″ in each direction. Also, the neck opening is HUGE, bigger than some of the Gildan shirts I have. Finally, the shirts are a bit on the thin side, but not to the point of being transparent. They are definitely soft, but I’d still say they are low-cost blanks.
All in all, I’m happy with my purchase. I really liked the designs I bought, and at $15 a shirt, they were a decent deal. But, if you are tall/big or are used to XL from other companies, I suggest you look elsewhere.
