About Polly & Crackers
Polly & Crackers is a humor tee brand, specializing in “tasteless” (their word!) jokes. Usually this wouldn’t be anything new, but their twist is that they use retro, 80′s-style graphics in conjunction with these jokes. The juxtaposition is interesting, and helps make up for the fact that the graphics are a little on the rough side. Overall, though, I’m not terribly impressed by this brand — if you like blunt humor, there are a lot of tee brands that do it better (some of the jokes are kind of puzzling). I’m also somewhat confused by their website and branding — the headers and footers are adorned with little messages in chatspeak, which seem at odds with the retro look of the tees.

The designs are a little rough and the juxtaposition between crude humour and vintage is not always that convincing, but there one or two nice offerings here.
