About Limerence
Limerence is a tiny indie brand I recently discovered, the work of a 23-year old graphic designer from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The brand’s presence is pretty small, limited to a Bigcartel store and a few information pages. However, size is no indication of quality, as this brand deftly proves. The designs are beautiful minimalist blendings of vintage photographs and typography. The model photos are shot in a way which complements the natural simplicity of the collages. All of the shirts are made in the USA and printed with eco-friendly ink. And they’re only $12. I could easily see tees of similar quality being hawked for more than twice that amount. The only real downside to this brand is that there are so few designs to pick from, but hopefully that will change as it gathers more attention.

While there is much to admire here. there is not enough of it, just four shirts available at the time of writing.
I know it seems kind of careless to put 5 stars all across the board, but no company I can think of deserves it more. Their message is light and happy, no one could possibly ever have something against it! They do beautiful work, simplistic but in a way that inspires you. Their quality-minded and honest. No gimmicks or empty hype here, they’re not hiding behind anything or pretending to be something they’re not. It is my hope that they will go far and I will be buying from them again and again.
