About Lady Umbrella
Not many brands are focused on women’s fashion — a lot of clothing companies are content to offer just unisex/men’s sizes and leave it at that. Lady Umbrella, on the other hand, is all about t-shirts for ladies. The cuts are specifically tailored for women, with scoop necklines and cap sleeves, and the fabric is vibrantly colored. The designs, created by Spanish artist Elena Montes Casado, are simple black-and-white prints done in an unique, artful style reminding me of both abstract art and children’s storybook illustrations. They feature the eponymous Lady Umbrella, a woman with an umbrella for a head.
At €27.47, they aren’t the most affordable t-shirts around, but if you’re a lady who prefers something a little more fashionable than your standard crew-neck tee, this company might be worth a look!
