About Bunker Designs
Bunker Designs is another crowdsourced t-shirt contest (this time based in Costa Rica), where artists can submit designs, have them voted on, and possibly get printed. If the design gets printed, the artist gets $5 per shirt — not all that impressive next to the massive prizes offered by the likes of Threadless and DBH, but at the same time there probably aren’t as many designers clamoring for the cash. For a fairly new company that doesn’t receive that much attention from tee blogs, Bunker has a pretty impressive set up — their site is clear and filled with fun graphics (could use easier access to company info and the store, though) — and a high-quality, if small, collection of designs printed on custom blanks. Definitely worth checking out, and the price is reasonable too.
