2SickBastards is an independent UK streetwear brand that got started in 2002. Their designs have a vintage pop art feel, full of retro fonts, imagery, and sensibility. The vintage-style banners along the side of the page help sell the look. In true pop art fashion, 2SickBastards’ designs riff on popular culture, social issues, and politics, though in the artistic satire sense, not the dumb college humor one. They approach this with the bluntness you’d expect from a company named “2SickBastards” — there’s lots of sexualized women and designs which spin popular icons like Michael Jackson, Ronald McDonald, and even Barbie into creepy, sometimes shocking images.
If you like to carry a message with punch on your shirt, definitely give 2SickBastards a look — if nothing else, it’s easy to appreciate their tees for the satire.
